I’m Mike, the owner of NERDS PC. I started this because I love building computers and I got tired of seeing people handed off to call centers and sold parts they didn’t need. When you come to NERDS PC, you deal with me directly. I build the machine, I test it, and I stand behind it.
Over the years I've earned certifications including CompTIA A+ and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), along with Apple, Microsoft, and Google credentials. I don't actively maintain all of them today, but the training behind them is still part of how I approach every build and repair.
A good PC should fit the person using it, not the other way around. I take the time to understand what you actually need, recommend parts that make sense for your budget, and build something that lasts. No filler, no pressure, and no parts you will never use.
I have been building and repairing computers for years, have earned more than ten industry certifications along the way, and teach the next round of techs as an adjunct professor at Chattanooga State. NERDS PC is local and hands-on, but my builds have shipped all over the world. Most of my work comes from word of mouth, and that keeps me honest.
You are not a ticket number here. You get one person who builds your machine, answers your questions in plain terms, and picks up the phone when you call. Whether you are gaming, working, streaming, or setting up a server, I am here to help you get it right. That is the whole point of NERDS PC.
