Here is how I stand behind what I build, in plain language. My labor carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the build. The parts carry their own manufacturer warranties.
If a part fails on its own, I pull it, handle the RMA, and ship it back to the maker on their dime. I do not charge you to remove and replace a part that failed through no fault of yours. The one exception is damage from misuse. The manufacturer will not cover that, and neither will my bench time, so that one is on you.
So there are no surprises later, here is exactly what is covered on a gaming computer I build.
I do not carry an official SLA on my products.
I do not hand over a machine I would not run myself. Before your build ever leaves me it gets a full once over for fit and finish and a benchmark run to prove it performs the way I told you it would. That is also where I catch a bad part before it ever becomes your problem.
If something does not pass, I am not going to rush it out the door just to hit a date. I will fix it right, and I will call you and tell you straight if that means a little more time.
Every machine I build is built to order, one at a time. That takes time, but it is the only way I know to hand you something fully up to date and dialed in instead of pulled off a shelf.
One heads up around the holidays. In November and December parts shipping slows down because everybody is buying at once. If we are building in that window I will give you a realistic timeline up front so you are not left wondering.
Reach out and I will walk you through it. No runaround.
